DescriptionStokes writes that 'the principal remarks of the referees of Mr Meldrum's paper on rainfall were communicated to him' and that 'Mr Meldrum has sent in a long reply' to the remarks which he wishes to be kept in the archive alongside his paper. Stokes asks for further remarks from the referees.
