DescriptionAbraham describes his experiments to develop a better conductor to protect buildings from atmospheric electricity [lightning]. He found that the attraction of opposite poles in a circular arrangement of magnets neutralised the active properties of the magnets. Minor corrections appear throughout in graphite.
