TitleUnpublished paper, 'Experiments on the vibration of the pendulum' by W J [William James] Frodsham
Date1838
DescriptionFrodsham shares experimental results and observations showing the advantages that may result from attaching a small brass tube to the top of the pendulum, which the author describes as 'an isochronal piece', so that its position and its influence on the action of the pendulum can be varied, and unequal arcs of vibration may be made to correspond to equal intervals of time.
