DescriptionPaper by Saluzzo regarding a method of artificial nitrification, achieved by converting vitriolic [sulphuric] acid into nitrous acid, and then into hydrochloric acid. It is preceded by a covering letter from Magellan to an unknown recipient as well as an initial covering letter from Saluzzo to Magellan.
