Description[Third person] Acknowledges the Dolfuss tables; does not consider himself entitled to call upon Blagden for the performance of any promise which he does not choose to fulfill voluntarily until he has communicated his reflections on Banks' conduct which was conceived "not to have been that of a friend", but of which Banks has denied the least consciousness.
