Passes on messages for Arago, Abel and the Board of Longitude. Has had a letter from Belzoni at Thebes and discusses the colossal head [of Memnon]. Mentions red snow and its cause. Discusses incivility of Sir Charles Stuart to Blagden. Gives news of the Banknote Commissioners and their hopes of success.
