DescriptionEncloses a letter from Colonel Roy concerning bedding and medicines for Merioneth Militia, mentions Carnarvon and Anglesea militia- has directed a Medicine Chest to be sent to Plymouth - says Mr Glocester did right to bring in the poor wounded man of Carmarthen - recommends that Carmarthenshire and Herefordshire militia should return their bedding now that they are in quarters, if General Haviland agrees - health and business prevent him visiting Plymouth if circumstances permit he is determined to visit.
