DescriptionBlagden sends the key to his bureau and requests that in the event of his dealth Blagden burn the letters that he will find there, except those that Cavendish would wish to keep. Sends him two Gloucestershire cheeses. With note added on 17 September: passes on scientific news from Chevalier Landriani on acids and alkalis and a new powder. Encloses his correspondence with Joseph Banks.
