DescriptionHas seen Mr Adair who approves of all the arrangements with regard to the closing of the Hospital. Not probable that Mr Fellowes will return, he is taking part in a secret expedition. Mr Fletcher may be appointed. Discusses expedition and command of it. Discusses Bowen's joining his Regiment in whatever manner may suit his convenience, asks him to communicate his intentions to General Haviland.
