DescriptionThanks Blagden for taking the trouble to get information on the red dye. Mr Gyde joins in his thanks. Their mother has left Dursley and gone to live at Monmouth with their Aunt Barnes, her goods have been sold at a public sale and he has to dispose of the rest as best he can. the town of Dursley is under inoculation. It is thought Mr Southwell will soon be made a peer, discusses potential contest for Parliamentary seat. Mr Gyde asks if Blagden would procure some vegetable syrup for him. Gives news of Mr Adey.
