DescriptionHas received a letter from Bligh with the official notification of his promotion to the rank of Rear Admiral. Rode over to Windsor on Saturday and saw Dr Willis, Dundas, the Prince and Duke of Cumberland but did not receive any news on the patient [King George III]. Discusses the Prince Regent and the Duke of Cumberland and the possibility of War with America. Lady Sommers visited them. Asks Blagden to call in with Prosperi if he is passing Cavendish Square, he is finishing a bust of Mr H.
