DescriptionSusan Nelmes in her will of 1753 left the interest of £300 to Sarah Nelmes, her sister. Upon Sarah's decease (1775) it was to go to their brother Richard's three children - William, Thomas and Mary of whom survive Thomas Nelmes and Mary Nelmes now married to George Watson. Thomas Blagden was the executor of Sarah Nelmes's will. In this agreement Thomas and Mary acknowledge the receipt of £150 each.
