DescriptionSending a letter and two documents as enclosures [on the Natural History Museum] which have been sent to the Prime Minister and asks that Rayleigh bring them to the attention of Council of the Royal Society. He adds, as a postscript, that the memorialists are Professors of Zoology and practically unanimous.
