DescriptionNenjonov [here styled Nemenow] takes the opportunity afforded by a visiting British Labour Delegation to address the Royal Society, noting the horrors of the Great War and noting that men of science in Russia cannot flourish without collaboration, instruments and information. He appeals for the lifting of the blockade.and the re-establishment of the international solidarity of scientists.

Mikhail Isayevich Nemjonov was Head of the State Institute of Rontgenology and Radiology at Petrograd (St Petersburg).
