DescriptionHaden-Guest forwards a letter from Mikhail Isayevich Nemjonov, which he received while secretary and physician to the British Labour Delegation to Russia. He has edited the English of the original letter and sends a copy of what he has done, with publications by Professor Nemjonov. Haden-Guest emphasises the intellectual starvation of Russian scientists and hopes that the Royal Society can help.
