Summarises the Report's recommendations, mostly dealing with the administration of the Meteorological Council, more staff, free telegraphic facilities from the Post Office, instrument costs, and re-instating the grant to the Ben Nevis Observatories. Feeds back on the Meteorological Council's answers. Hopes to rely on the cooperation of the Royal Society in carrying out the proposals made.
