Date22 November 1903
DescriptionResponds to a remark made in Huggins' letter that implied that the Council would have come to the same decision anyway, as it suggests that the Council had come to the meeting determined not to be influenced by any evidence as to Professor [William Dobinson] Halliburton's qualifications for the role of Royal Society General Secretary.
