Description | [Letter is in French.]
Gives the reasons why the French did not think they had to send delegates to the last meeting of the International Seismological Association in Berlin in 1905. Discusses whether the Government of the Republic of France should send delegates to the meeting of the International Seismological Association in Rome in October 1906. The French Academy of Sciences think that France should discuss with Great Britain whether to send them to this, and asks Reginald Lister to ask the British Government. |
