DescriptionDrafts a new Constitution of the Conjoint Board of Scientific Societies. Discusses the history of the Conjoint Board of Scientific Societies and its work. Shows the Old Constitution and the New Constitution side by side, and covers such topics as: the aims and purpose of the Board, the constitution (made up of representatives from the Royal Society as well as each of the other constituent Societies), meetings and schedules, the Executive Committee, nominations, and voting. Notes that the subscription of each constituent Society will be 5 guineas [£5 5s] a year.

Includes an appendix (p.6) with a list of all the constituent Societies of the Conjoint Board.
