Notes that the British Empire Exhibition as a whole will be arranged by industries, that sectional exhibits should be based on the same general plan, and that the Royal Society has been asked to be responsible for the central scientific exhibit and make a committee for this purpose. This committee will be called Committee A (Fundamental), or the General Scientific Committee. They will decide the content of the exhibit, but the Royal Society are not responsible for organising funds. States that there will be a Committee B (Applied), will be organised by the Research Associations.
