TitleLetter from John Roscoe, Orvington Rectory, Thetford, to the Royal Society
Date25 March 1919
DescriptionDiscusses the expenses of the [Mackie] expedition before he leaves [for Uganda], and thinks that the balance will hopefully not go over the original estimate. Hoped to have discussed this in person, but regrets that a meeting has been announced on 26 March for a lecture on the expedition and he cannot escape it. Notes that he plans to sail on the S. S. Clan Menzie leaving Birkenhead on 15 April. Thanks the Committee and all the help given.
