DescriptionInforms John Roscoe that the railway expenses incurred by his expedition [the Mackie Anthropological Expedition to Uganda] will be refunded if he submits a claim, and that the General Manager will give him a free pass in the future. Regrets that a refund of customs duty or a concession that will allow him to import goods for free cannot be obtained. Notes that the Chief Native Commissioner will render Roscoe any assistance he can.
