DescriptionMemorandum addressed to Sir James Frazer FRS. Notes a letter from the Reverend John Roscoe [in Uganda], which says: 'Since last writing to you I have travelled from Masindi to Soroti, a Gov. Station near the North East arm of Lake Kioga, on through the Teso country to Mbala on Mt. Elgon and from there some forty miles to Sebei to the North East of Mbala'. Frazer writes in ink that the last letter he had from Roscoe was dated 2 August 1920.
