DescriptionInforms the Under Secretary of State that the Royal Society approves of the proposal [for establishing scientific Research Studentships for the Malay States]. However, criticises the current proposed manner of nominating students, and thinks that it should be re-considered to ensure students are chosen from as wide an area as possible.
