DescriptionNotes that the Royal Society's President and Council have considered the copy of the Report [CD/61/3] on Scientific Property submitted by Senator F. Ruffini and adopted by the League of Nations Committee on Intellectual Co-operation. Resolves that the Royal Society find themselves in agreement with the general terms of the draft Memorandum [CD/61/2] sent by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research - they do not consider it desirable of necessary at this stage to promote a convention and corresponding Union for the protection of scientific property as between the members of the League of Nations.
