Description | Explains that it has been suggested there should be an International Convention on Scientific Property on the lines of the enclosed tentative draft, drawn up by a Committee of Experts convened by the International Institute of Intellectual Cooperation in Paris last December [1923]. Explains that the Draft is being referred to the Economic Committee of the League of Nations for their observations. Thinks that before then, a British member of the Economic Committee should be informally advised on the interests and views of this country. Arranges a meeting to discuss this, on 16 February. |
