DescriptionOn proposed co-operation between Great Britain and Sweden in establishing a station at Graham Land, with a history of Swedish exploration in the region and a program of scientific work, including in the biology and migration of whales, and systematic investigation of the flora and fauna of Antarctica. The proposal notes costs and the housing of two English scientists at the station; collections would be divided between natural history museums of the two nations. Signed by Admiral Palander as President of the Swedish Antarctic Committee, and by eight other signatories. With a pencil note above the title: 'Dr. Harmer 7 Mch. 1914'.
