DescriptionRutty describes the autopsy of a woman who developed a lump in her throat when pregnant, which swelled during labour and subsequently gave her difficulties, including palpitations, shortness of breath, and fatigue. The lump [aneurysm] ultimately burst, killing the woman within two minutes. Rutty goes on to describe the dissection of the aneurysm itself. This paper refers to the same aneurysm as CLP/12ii/40a.
