DescriptionNourse describes a case of a woman who developed a tumour on her neck after being partially choked, which then increased in size and pulsation after she went through a difficult delivery. The tumour ruptured and the woman died quickly. Nourse then describes the dissection of the aneurysm. This paper refers to the same aneurysm discussed in CLP/12ii/39.
