DescriptionThe author presents a series of questions concerning the natural histories of Hungary, Transylvania, Siberia, Moravia [Czech Republic] and Tyrol [Austria]. The paper states 'in prosecution of the engagement, published Numb. 23. p. 414, 422. we now subjoyn some other inquiries, and first these, that were very lately recommended to a studious and inquisitive transylvanian, who from London returned to his country, and promised to procure good answers to the following particulars, viz.' A note states that these queries were also sent to Edward Brown in Vienna (18 December 1668).
