TitlePaper, details of a new way to raise water by unknown author
Date[c17th Century]
DescriptionThe title of the work in Italian is 'Nuovo modo da far sollefar laqua da se per un terzo'. The text itself is in German, although interspersed with Italian phrases.

It has a dedication to 'Herrn Caesi fürsten von S. Angelo Mary, graff von Monticelli'. This might be Federico Cesi (1585-1630), the founder of the Accademia dei Lincei in Rome. Signed by Hieronymus Fincigius.

The drawings are very similar to those of the instruments for the fetching of water in CLP/3i/61 and 62.
