Committee business, including the appointment of Dr Klein to the Committee; telegram from Castellani citing 'fourteen cases positive out of sixteen'; a letter stating the Board of Treasury's sanction of Castellani's expenses; consultation with Dr Low, and a resolution that much work needs to be done in determining how to prevent the disease and suggesting that another researcher be sent out to help Castellani. p23-4.
