Lists committe business including consideration of the telegram sent to Dr Nabarro and his reply; the results of Sir Michael Foster's interview with the Superintendent of African Protectorates; the draft of a letter to be sent to the Foreign Office summing up the report of [Sir David] Bruce and the Commission's work; a statement from Dr Castellani stating that his role in the investigation of sleeping sickness as given in Bruce's report are incorrect, and the committee's decision after hearing him out that the reports 'do full justice to the part played by Dr Castellani'; various letters from the Colonial and India Offices; the appointment of C J Martin, Dr Moffat and Dr Nuttall as committee members. p60-2.
