Minute appointing the Committee was read

Lists committee business -- a letter from the Colonial Office enclosing a report from Surgeon-Major Bruce and requesting the Society to appoint a committee on the matter; a letter from Ray Lankester with his views on the scheme; a report from Mr Blandford on previous investigations; a letter from Sir John Kirk on the distribution of the disease in Africa. p1

Gives committee resolutions to request information from the Government on the distribution, to procure specimens of tsetse fly, to arrange investigations with Sir David Bruce and look into assistance from the Imperial funds, and to have a memo drawn up on the Surra disease in India. from Mr Blandford and Dr Kanthack p2.
