DescriptionForwards copies of Miss Muriel Robertson's reports on the presence of sleeping sickness in cattle herds in Masindi. Has discussed the question with Miss Robertson and Chief Veterinary Officer Mr Hutchins and concludes that five extra medical officers will be needed to put the preventive measures in place. Points out the urgency of these arrangements as T rhodesiens [virulant human strain] has been likely found in the Eastern Province. Part of a series of desptaches between pp91-92.
