Lists the business of the Committee, including the decision by the Government of Bombay not to proceed with the formation of the Bombay School of Tropical Medicine, and the subsequent termination of Prof N H Fairley's appointment. Resolution to call the Secretary of State for India's attention to the fact that the position was advertised in the Royal Society's name, and recommending 'the strongest possible remonstrance'. p110 -111.
