Matters discussed;
1. Minutes of meeting held on 26 September 1962 amended and confirmed

2. Research Fellowships - Dr Taylor described those tenable at Kew, and Dr Morrison-Scott those at the British Museum (Natural History) as a good means of recruiting potential taxonomists

3. Third part of report to Council - pragraphs 12 - 15 of document CT/1 (62). Discussed;
3.1 Paragraph 12 - . Positions for taxonomists
3.2 Paragrph 13 - Expeditions
3.3 Paragraph 14 - Funds
3.4 Paragraph 15 - Distribution of report

4. Future procedure - agreed ' the Chairman and the Executive Secretary should redraft the final report on the basis of the committee's discussions held up to the present time, and that this draft should then be sent to members of the committee for their comments before a final meeting was held to approve the report and make recommendations to Council. '
