Description | Committee approved and created by Council on 4 April 1963. Its Terms of Reference are to assist in the international planning and to consider means of financial support, on the understanding that when the IBP reaches a more precise stage, the provisional committee would give way to a National Committee to co-ordinate United KIngdom participation in the programme.
