Lists committee business, including the despatch of a telegram to Sir David Bruce asking for statistics on the prevalence of trypanosoma -- a letter from the War Office asking the Society to consider the work and proposals of Dr Wright in inoculating servicemen against typhoid, and the Committee's decision that judging the success of preventive medicine does not fall within their function, referring him instead to the Royal College of Physicians -- a letter from the Colonial Office on the appointment of a committee to study mosquito extermination -- deferral of a paper by Manson on the Panama Canal and Yellow Fever introduction in Asia -- resolutions to retain the services of Castellani, and to request C Christy to furnish his final report. p43-5.
