Committee business including a statement from Col Bruce on his investigations in Uganda; a letter from Lankester on the arrival of sleeping sickness into Uganda; a decision to publish Bruce's full report 'without delay'; consideration of a letter from Dr Nabarro and a decision to instruct him to return to England; a decision to inform the Local Government Board that it is not necessary to send one of their officers to Uganda; a resolution to inform the Superintendent of the African Protectorate at the Foreign Office of the results of the investigation, and to suggest preventive measures; a letter from Sir Alfred Jones stating his efforts to bring sleeping sickness cases over to England; a letter from the Colonial Office on Dr Logan Taylor's work on mosquito extermination; letters from the India Office extending Capt James' work at Mian Mir and appointing S R Christophers to work with him; a letter from Dr Leonard Rogers on the transport of animals infected with Surra. p57-9.
