DescriptionInforms Foster that the progress of work of the Sleeping Sickness commission in Entebbe is 'very satisfactory'; relates, however, 'a very unfavourable report on Dr Christy', citing his lack of co-operation, failure to communicate research and public ridicule of Dr Moffat; concludes that his presence cannot further 'the good name of the Commission with the government and its officials'. Proposes to return to England in November and notes that Castellani will stay a little longer. p14.
