1. Read and confirmed minutes of previous meeting


2. Resolved - ' to recommend to Council as follows;
2.1 Tha the Warren Research Fund be aopplied to the foundatin of two Fellowships, to be tenable in the first instance for four years, and renewable for a further period of three years upon application from the Fellow, subject to approval of Council
2.2 That Dr W Hume-Rothery and Dr A J Bradley be the first two Warren Fellows: and in the event of either being unwilling to hold the Fellowship, that the name of Dr G M B Dobson be put forward. '
