1. Read and signed minutes ofprevious meeting

2. Two resolutions of Council were read
2.1 'Resolved that the suggestions of the Commmittee bre approved and adopted, and that the powers sought by the Committee be conferred upon them.
2.2 Resolved that the Regulations for the Mackinnon Studentship be amended in accordance with the recommendation of the Committee '

3. After considering the four applicants, it was resolved 'that the Studentship be awarded this year to Mr J J R MacLeod, to aid him in his researches in Pathological Chemistry. '

4. 'It was further resolved that Mr MacLeod be permitted to hold the Studentship concurrently with his Demonstratorship at the London Hospital on the understanding that the time absorbed by the duties of that post does not exceed about twelve hours per week; and that he be requested to state, for the approval of the Council, the place where it is proposed to carry on the research. '
