Lists Committee business, including consideration of a new mode of printing the Transactions that would result in a saving 'of nearly £100 per annum' -- a proposal to economise on engravings -- estimates of new member numbers -- an agreement that annual payments should be paid into 'public funds to form part of the permanent capital of the Society'. p59.
