DescriptionInforms the Commissioner that he has deputed Dr Adams, the Hoima Medical Officer, to carry out the sleeping sickness commission with Assistant Collector Speke -- notes that there were difficulties encountered, but that the 'prejudices of the local natices were overcome in so many instances' -- would like to have copies of Pooley's reports before he is called to Entebbe -- encloses reports from Assistant Collector A G Speke, and Dr Christy.
