A letter from Sir Apolo Kagwa to Sir David Bruce suggesting 'in a few years time Sleeping Sickness will be extinct in Uganda, and people will become immune to the disease'. 6. Resolution to publish an abstract of Capt Fraser's reports in 'Proceedings'. 7 A report from Dr Carpenter. 8. Guy Marshall's receipt of a batch of specimen flies. 9. Resolution not to take further action on Sandfly Fever for the moment. 10. Proposal to form a Commission to investigate Kala-azar. 11. A preparation of silver and mercury prepared by Sir William Crookes for treatment of [sleeping sickness]. p37-40.
