DescriptionInforms Bruce that the Governor of the Uganda Protectorate has been requested to forward the details of the apparatus and materials in the Sleeping Sickness laboratory at Entebbe -- notes that the laboratory will be ready by 15 July -- that the Army Council have agreed to place the services of Col Bruce, A E Hamerton, and H R Bateman at the disposal of the department, and asks if Bruce will be prepared to leave by the Deutsche Ost Afrika steamer to arrive in Mombasa on 22 July. p7.
