Lists Committee business, including the Committee's decision 'to abandon for the present the question of oriental sore' and instead to concentrate on Kala Azar -- a recommendation that a protozoologist, possibly Col S P James, be appointed to assist 'in the Indian enquiry', and that an independent Commission investigate Kala Azar in China, possibly under C M Wenyon. p58.
