Gives the business of the commmittee -- the need for more information on the question of conserving milk -- a report by Hardy on the food products of the West Indies [Caribbean], especially plantains and bananas -- a report from A W Flux on rationing, which led to a discussion between Attolico and Vilgrain on the ration scheme in their countries. p35-36.
