Also brief papers on the spheroidal state (Proc Roy Dubl Soc, Dec, 1877); on the magnetic properties of columnar basalt (ibid, Dec, 1889), and on the magnetic moment of ingots of manganese steel (ibid, Dec), &c, &c.
